Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data 10X Digit Media (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, for visitors from other countries, apply the same standard of care.

What we collect

When you fill in a form (the contact page or the consultation popup) we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.

Along with the form we record the page you submitted it from, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid). This tells us which of our marketing brings in enquiries. These details are stored in your browser for up to 90 days and are only sent to us if you submit a form.

For security we process your IP address and approximate country to block spam and abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is submitting the form.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as financial, health or government ID details.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about
To send you a one-time confirmation that we received your request
To understand which pages and campaigns bring in enquiries
To protect the website and our forms from spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

We process the data you send through our forms on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using your data for that purpose.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and handle enquiries:

Cloudflare for hosting, security and spam protection
Supabase to store enquiries in a secure database
Resend to send email notifications and confirmations

These providers process data only on our instructions. Some of them may store or process data outside India, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. We may keep some records longer where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Show you the personal data we hold about you
Correct or update it
Delete it
Withdraw your consent

You can also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. To make a request, email hello@example.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our grievance officer at hello@example.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
